Michelle says: Wendy was rescued by a couple who found them in their backyard. The mom had abandoned her kittens so the couple took them in and cared for them until a cat-rescue volunteer brought them to us for fostering. While their three siblings did not make it, Wendy and her brother Casper thrived to become the cuddliest and snuggliest kittens! Wendy was a "momma's girl" and was always the first to rush to greet me. She adored her foster sibling, Annie.

Impossible to choose a favorite shot of Wendy. She had such a difficult start in life, but ended up in your foster care and thrived. Beautiful tortie girl! I can get lost in her colors. Love the flame over her left eye.

I never get any adorable calico kittens in my Coca Cola 12 packs. Seriously, Wendy is a gorgeous girl. Hope she went on to find the most loving forever home though I wish it had been with me:)

Wendy beat the odds and not only lived but thrived by the look of it.
To be adopted into a loving forever home is only right and proper.
I recall her few pictues beside Annie and their close bond just shined.
You are a gorgeous young kitty Wendy.

Look at her..so tiny and fighting to live. I am so sorry about the other 3. It is the hardest part of fostering. You never forget the ones you lose..they stay with you forever but you keep on fostering because none will survive if we don't foster. Bless you Wendy...long and happy life.
